Before beginning to practice law in Louisiana, she spent more than a decade working in the corporate sector with a variety of Fortune-500 companies, negotiating, drafting, and enforcing complex contractual agreements in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining Blue Williams, Ms. Dubinsky worked at another New Orleans firm, was corporate counsel for a national construction company, and ultimately opened her own, boutique law firm, which she specifically designed for business owners.
