Blue Williams Named a Top Workplace of Greater New Orleans by The Times-Picayune and New Orleans Advocate
Blue Williams has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor for 2022 by The Times-Picayune and New Orleans Advocate.
Blue Williams takes pride in the fact that the Top Workplaces honor is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
According to Energage, 975 New Orleans-area companies were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces survey. Together these companies employ over 30,500 people in the Greater New Orleans area. The response rate to the survey was over 50%, and just 71 of the 975 companies were honored as winners this year.
