Welcoming Two New Attorneys to Our Metairie Office
Welcoming Steven M. Mauterer and Artis G. Ulmer, IIIÂ to our Metairie office.
Mr. Mauterer joined Blue Williams as of counsel for the firm. His practice consists of municipality and law enforcement agency defense, elected official (ethics and civil) defense, election litigation, commercial litigation, estate planning and successions, class action litigation, directors and officers defense litigation, personal injury (plaintiff and defense), construction litigation, and family law. He represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Louisiana and multi-district litigation. He has been a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association since 2000 and a member of the Texas State Bar since 2014.
Mr. Ulmer joined Blue Williams as an associate. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation, including toxic torts, premises liability, and general liability & casualty defense. Mr. Ulmer was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2015 and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana district and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts.
