Brian C. Bossier

A managing partner at Blue Williams, Mr. Bossier has been with the firm since its inception in 1983 when he began as one of the firm’s first law clerks. His practice is primarily litigation concentrated in occupational disease, commercial and insurance-related cases.
Education
Mr. Bossier graduated from Loyola University College of Business, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1982. He attended Loyola University School of Law, obtaining his juris doctor in 1985, where he was awarded the Moot Court Award for Top Brief Writer.
Narrative
Mr. Bossier has an extensive litigation practice and handles all aspects of trials and appeals. He has successfully tried cases in multiple areas, including complex commercial litigation, occupational disease, insurance law, products liability and others. He has successfully represented an array of clients ranging from numerous corporations with worldwide operations, local entities, as well as major insurers.
