Megan C. Gladner

Ms. Gladner joined Blue Williams as a Partner in 2024. Her practice primarily consists of defending state workers’ compensation claims.

Education

Ms. Gladner completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. In addition to her studies, Megan was a member of the Varsity Swimming Team, and was also awarded the Athletic Director’s Cup for Academic Excellence for the year of 2002-2003. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. In addition to her JD, she also earned a Certificate in Common Law and a Certificate in International Law.

Narrative

After graduating law school, Ms. Gladner spent three years working on the Deep Water Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement Program. After leaving the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program, Ms. Gladner joined a local firm, where her practice was focused on the defense of employers in state workers’ compensation claims.
