Nicholas A. Milazzo

Mr. Milazzo is of counsel in the Houston office and has been with the firm since 2018. His practice primarily consists of personal injury and malpractice defense, fatality and wrongful death claims, premises liability, corporate governance and business planning, contracts, commercial litigation, and civil appeals. Mr. Milazzo also counsels clients on matters involving estate planning, employment and family-based immigration, and landlord-tenant issues.

Education

Mr. Milazzo graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in Houston, Texas. He then attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he played on the lacrosse team and studied Kinesiology, Sport Management, and Business. Following graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2012, Mr. Milazzo attended the University of Houston Law Center and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2015.

Narrative

Since obtaining his law license, Mr. Milazzo has utilized his diverse experience to aid a wide range of clients in navigating the ever-complicated legal landscape. He has extensive experience in defending both lay and professional clients in personal injury and malpractice suits and guiding and consulting clients throughout the business planning, organization, and compliance processes. In his free time, Mr. Milazzo enjoys spending time with his family and two Australian cattle dogs, Beau and Rue.
