Narrative

Mr. Miller is a native Houstonian. Prior to joining Blue Williams, Mr. Miller practiced at a boutique insurance defense firm specializing in first- and third-party automotive personal injury defense and fraud investigation for a major national carrier. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served both plaintiffs and defendants in labor and employment matters, both representing clients in litigation and providing counsel on business formations, employee handbooks, employment contracts, and human resource issues. While in law school, Mr. Miller was a summer law clerk for the Hon. Mary Milloy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division. Mr. Miller is also a founding board member of Gift of Dentistry, a Houston-based non-profit that seeks to impact lives for the better by providing basic dental services to those without essential care.
