Mr. Soule joined the firm as a partner in 2012. His practice consists primarily of maritime personal injury, marine and general casualty insurance, and federal Longshore compensation claims.

Education

Mr. Soule received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Southeastern Louisiana University and his JD from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.

Narrative

Mr. Soule has a diverse litigation background and extensive trial experience in administrative, state, and federal courts. He has handled and tried cases from the Great Lakes through the Mississippi and Ohio River valleys and throughout the Gulf coast, from Texas to Florida. From 1991-1996, he served as the Fifth Circuit editor for The Sextant, the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division admiralty newsletter. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Soule has spoken at many seminars on maritime personal injury, Longshore, and employment topics. He has also published articles on insurance coverage and various maritime decisions. He serves the local community as a Louisiana Volunteer Lawyer for the Arts, and is a licensed private pilot and former Marine.
