Mr. Davis joined Blue Williams in January 2026 as a partner in the Houston office. Before joining Blue Williams, Mr. Davis practiced with the Houston law firm of Heard & Medack, PC, and was a partner wth the Houston law firm of Ellington & Davis, PC.

Education

Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Mr. Davis also attended Saint Mary’s University, where he earned a Master's of Business Administration and then continued at Saint Mary’s University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Narrative

Mr. Davis has extensive experience in the areas of construction litigation (both plaintiff and defense bars), premises liability involving personal injury, property damage, trucking accidents, and complex catastrophic injury and death cases. Mr. Davis has first chair trial experience in various state, district, and county courts across Texas and has represented clients before Texas's First Court of Appeals, and successfully defended clients in multiparty arbitration proceedings.
