Joseph M. Heard

Mr. Heard has experience in a broad spectrum of cases, including professional liability, personal injury (from slip and fall to death), premises liability, commercial/private vehicular accidents, residential mold, toxic chemical exposure, food contamination, property damage, and construction defect matters (both commercial and residential). He has received favorable jury verdicts in both state and federal courts and has successfully defended clients in a variety of Texas counties that are typically considered "plaintiff-friendly" venues.
