Lily E. McHale

Ms. McHale is an associate in the Houston office of Blue Williams, where she has practiced since joining the firm in 2025. Her legal practice focuses on insurance defense, including automobile, premises liability, and products liability.

Education

Ms. McHale earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a double major in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Tulane University in 2022. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 2025.

Narrative

 Ms. McHale was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas in 2025. Her practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense. Ms. McHale also completed the Summer Associate program at Blue Williams and two other Labor and Employment firms in New Orleans, Louisiana. During law school, Ms. McHale was admitted to practice law in Louisiana as a Rule XX Student Attorney with the Domestic Violence Clinic. Ms. McHale worked on several matters, intending to release wrongly convicted victims of domestic violence from prison. Ms. McHale was also an active member of Tulane Women in Law, a research assistant, volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic, and was a Public Service Extern.
