Mr. Schupper joined Blue Williams in 2026 as a partner in the Houston office. He brings with him experience across a spectrum of civil litigation matters including toxic torts; pharmaceutical and medical device product liability; first-party commercial, business, and real property disputes; trademark infringement; financial institutions; and catastrophic property damage insurance claims.
Education
After completing his enlistment in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, with which he served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Mr. Schupper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Environmental Science & Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995.
He earned his Master of Science degree in Environmental Health Management in 1997 from Harvard University, where he completed coursework at the T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Kennedy School of Government, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Schupper earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2000, where he served on the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum as a contributions editor.
