Any successful candidate must possess excellent research, writing and analytical skills, have an interest in practicing in personal injury, auto, trucking, and product liability cases, be self-motivated, and looking for long-term employment. The attorney will have the benefit of working on both high-exposure personal injury matters with a small team of lawyers. Must be licensed to practice in Texas. – Strong legal research skills using Westlaw, and other research tools
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear recommendations
– Proficient in drafting various legal documents, including pleadings and motions
– Knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
