Guice Giambrone and Jacob Best Successfully Defend Transportation Company

Mr. Giambrone and Mr. Best obtain summary Judgment (affirmed on appeal) in a case against a client whose truck was alleged to have pulled out in front of a Plaintiff. The defense successfully argued that the client’s vehicle had established its position in the lane of travel and was actually rear-ended by the Plaintiff. The trial Court and First Circuit agreed, and held that Plaintiff’s fault was the exclusive cause of the accident (dismissing Plaintiff’s claims).
