The certification measures whether law firms are actively taking steps to consider a broad slate of candidates when making decisions about hiring, promotions, leadership appointments, and client-facing opportunities.

This distinction reflects Blue Williams’ steadfast commitment to equity and transparency, and underscores our belief that inclusive leadership strengthens the quality of service we provide to our clients and communities.
