Steven Mauterer Obtains Complete Dismissal with Prejudice

On behalf of his Sheriff client, attorney Steven Mauterer obtained a complete dismissal with prejudice, via Motion to Dismiss, of a 42 U.S.C 1983 claim alleging a violation of the 4th Amendment when deputies entered a residence without consent, but pursuant to a valid arrest warrant, in order to effectuate an arrest of an individual who deputies “objectively had good reason to believe” resided at the residence.
