Our litigators handle disputes involving Jones Act claims, collisions, salvage and wreck removal, claims for environmental damage and limitation-of-liability actions. We also provide marine insurance coverage evaluation, as well as contact and charter drafting and negotiation. Additionally, we understand the risks inherent in the business and represent a host of underwriters. Because the nature of the industry often requires availability outside of normal business hours, our attorneys maintain an on-call system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in order to meet and serve our clients’ needs.
